Nowe GTK+ 3.2 - wsparcie dla HTML5

Jak czytamy na oficjalnej stronie GNOME dzisiaj wydana została nowa wersja biblioteki GTK+ 3.2. W nowym wydaniu wprowadzono m.in. obsługę HTML5 oraz serwera Wayland. Wsparcie dla HTML 5 nosi nazwę "Broadway" i umożliwia renderowanie aplikacji GTK w najnowszych przeglądarkach internetowych np. Firefox i Chrome. Przykład działania nowej funkcji możemy obejrzeć na filmie.
